You have exclusive access to Unit 3 room block, which is in the Front House of Estate 1, of the of the 2 side-by-side gated estates. No other guests from other houses will have access to the interior of the Front House. There is a Back House on this Estate which may be rented separately. The other units in this house share the kitchen and living room on Floor 1 of this house. The grounds and the pool are shared space between approved guests from any of the units on this property. There is a sliding gate (lockable by staff) connecting the two estates so that approved guests can use to walk from one to the other without going out to the street. The operator, at its discretion, may open the sliding gate adjoining the two Estates, at which point any approved guest at the property may use either grounds and/or either pool. The Front House has a front porch and a rear porch that are reserved for guests staying in units in this Front House. If a guest from units other than from this Front House are on one of your porches, let us know so we can remind them the porches are exclusive to the Front House.
Access
As a Boutique Hotel we maintain a front desk / security desk situated between the two gated estates at the street, in a small portion of the car port of Estate # 2. Due to the size of the estates, we perform regularly scheduled maintenance to the grounds and the pools, as well as on demand repairs as needed. We also perform regular security rounds on the grounds. Our staff, such as maintenance people, gain access to the uninhabited portions of the property such as our tool closets and sheds during the day. None of our tool closets are in inhabited portions of the dwellings.
