This house was perfect for our group of 15 - beautiful on the inside, and everyone gravitated to the front porch and pool through the weekend. It's an easy walk to the beach in Condado, restaurants and bars in Santurce, the grocery store and coffee shops. Dillon and Venza communicated clearly and were incredibly responsive hosts (when one of our group had trouble with the front gate, Dillon stopped by 2 minutes later to help). Would absolutely recommend!
Dillon, Venza and the whole team at Paragon were so great. We came to PR with a big group for a 30th birthday and I don't think we could've asked for a better place to host and accommodate everyone. The house was really conveniently located, there's even a supermarket less than 5 mins walking distance and the beach is very easy to walk to as well. With the kitchen space available, we're able to have a bbq at the house. Also the house was just generally gorgeous and the pools provided the perfect lounging and reading spots. We had one AC unit go out and our hosts were incredibly responsive and had a fix within a day. This was truly such a great way to explore the island while having a home base to come back to. Absolutely AMAZING host and location! Instantly responded to our questions during our stay and immediately helped with an issue we had with a toilet! Having someone local that helped us so quick was top tier service! They provided everything we needed for our VERY large group including an air mattress that was already set up with linens for our additional guest - loooved our stay! Definitely booking again!
Great place for a big group of people! We all felt like we had our own private space and weren't cluttered in one house. The kitchen is super big and great for cooking for big groups.

The house is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. This fit a group perfectly for the weekend! We used recommendations from the host for grocery delivery and for a chef which both worked perfectly. The location even allowed us to walk to dinner and nightlife one night. My only complaint is that the check out at 10am cuts the weekend a little short for the price paid. On check in day we were able to get in an hour early which helped but it was a last minute notification so hard to plan around. The group who managed was easy to work with and answered all our questions.
A+++++ stay and Airbnb! We had a group of 18 girls and the Airbnb was exactly as described. Incredibly beautiful, spacious, clean, luxurious and in the perfect location which was walkable to everything. The hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay. There was a minor hiccup with finding the Airbnb because the entrance is actually on the adjacent cross street but the hosts answered us immediately and directed us to the correct location. They went above and beyond to make up for it and were incredibly accommodating. Would highly recommend the Diamond Vault to anyone!
Our family of nine enjoyed the diamond vault, it was spacious, beautiful and centrally located in a very walkable area in old San Juan. The photos and descriptions were accurate The rooftop deck was amazing! Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Diamond Vault Penthouse during Fiestas de La Calle de San Sebastián, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property is simply outstanding-luxurious, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old San Juan, which allowed us to easily walk to all the festivities, restaurants, and historic sites. The views from the penthouse were stunning, offering a perfect vantage point of the colorful streets and vibrant atmosphere. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Old San Juan. 5 stars all the way!
Diamond Vault Penthouse is a gem in the middle of Old San Juan. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. the house was incredible. Spotless, looks exactly like the photos. Hosts were very responsive and accomodating. Would stay again.
This place rocks. Beautiful interior and plenty of space for our 10+ guests. Sonos everywhere was a nice touch. Balcony is a good place to hang out. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Area felt very safe
Iv travelled to many amazing places and this has been by far the nicest and most gorgeous air bnb I have stayed at. Very accommodating for big groups. You do not feel on top of each other. There is a huge sense of luxury right when you walk in. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The decor is modern and nicely chosen. Very walkable to everything. Very safe location as well! I will be rebooking this air bnb next time I am in Puerto Rico. The host is very responsive and will try their best to assist you as well. They really do want you to have a great time. The rules they have set are understandable and will not take away anything from the trip. Puerto Rico is very humid but that was not a problem as their AC units worked great! I am sad to leave.

The home was great fit for my family we enjoy our time and stay we love to visit again. All my family keep saying is they wish this home was there. How to visit again. Yes the bathroom are small but still clean and nice. I do suggest hand mittens for cooking. Other than that great stay and if you like the casino this a perfect spot to stay at.

Great cheap place to stay within walking distance from the Falls. The floors are creaky but still a very spacious place for 19 guests.

Looked exactly as advertised. We were a group of 12 friends and we enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Kitchen is equipped with all basic requirements (apart from food). 5 stars to Eyal!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It’s in a great location (some of our party walked to the Falls). The two houses provide lots of room for visiting and, if you want, privacy. The hostess great. I had a few questions and they answered them on the spot. The furnishings and kitchenwares are plentiful and are anything and everything a large group needs. (One couch didn’t recline in and out as it should, but that’s hardly something to effect a rating). We took some of the kids in our group trick or treating in the area. It was fine and enjoyable. Overall, we had a blast and the houses contributed heavily to that. If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falks I highly recommend this place!

Very clean and nice location close to the falls. No hotel staff bothering you every couple days. Parking is litterally steps from porch. It was perfect.
We booked both houses as we had a group of 18. Place was spacious enough to fill more (we were afraid of being crowded but it was the total opposite). Neighborhood might throw you off a little bit but it was safe and quiet. The houses were super clean, spacious and very well decorated. The central heating system looks like work in progress; might feel colder as the temps are extremely low right now. Host provided electric heaters though. Overall, we gave the place a strong 4.5 star rating. Will definately be back during the summer though😊
Home was big enough to accommodate 5 families traveling together to visit Niagara Falls for the Holidays. Clean, responsive and great location!
We had a large group and we really enjoyed ourselves. Big space and lots of rooms. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was kept clean and everything we needed was provided!
Our third time booking gatherings for our group. The house size, rooms snd bathrooms make it work so well. Decent kitchen equipment. Brought our own coffee maker and some pots and utensils and knives and needed some. Don’t risk parking on the street. Plenty of room in driveway and back. Lighting is all overhead and bright. Few outlets. Bring a lamp and extension cord if you’d like softer lighting.
house is huge perfect for alot of people. very quite neighborhood in January. store are little drive. border is less that 5 min. no tvs in bedrooms. overall great stay.
I was looking for something that was spacious for a group of friends for a Birthday celebration at a Bills game. Since we wanted to see Niagara Falls we found this place and it was perfect; spacious & cozy. There was great communication from the host to know how to check in & out, things to do around the area and was friendly answering the questions I had. I would definitely book with them again!
The place was easy to find with spacious and clean rooms. The house has two separate entrances that divide the house into the first and second floor which is nicely connected by inside stairs to both floors and equally separated for privacy when traveling with lots of people. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of pots and pans for easy breakfast making. The locations of the house is super close to tons of stores and local restaurants and a very short drive to The Niagara Falls which was amazing. When we return for a second trip to the falls we shall be booking at this location again. The hosts were great and responsive along with being attentive overall. Definitely recommend this place.
