One hour from Las Vegas: This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect space for business professional and families (No parties). We keep it very clean to ensure you have the best stay. There is onsite parking available and the kitchen is stocked with all essential supplies to prepare meals. Perfect accommodation for Front Sight (nine individual beds) Three bedrooms, Two bath, perfect space for business professional or families (No Parties). We keep it VERY clean to ensure you have the best stay. There is on site parking available and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals. House has an evaporative cool (swamp cooler) please note that Airbnb doesn't provide a check box for this item so we listed it as an AC Please note: this property is in a rural desert, there are farm animals (near by) and insects do live in the desert although we do keep up on spraying.

Neighborhood
The home is about an hour drive from the Las Vegas Strip and about 13 minutes from Walmart, Starbucks and grocery stores.
Cancellation Policy
Guests agree to pay a 50% deposit at time of booking.
The remaining 50% of the booking amount is due 30 days prior.
Cancellation policy as follows:
50% of the deposit is refundable up to 10 days prior to check-in.
25% of total reservation cost is refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in.
Reservation is Non-refundable within 7 days of check in date.
Transit
There is parking on the property but limited public transportation in Pahrump. No taxis or Uber.

House Rules
No fires outside pet fee $100 must be prior approved guest responsible for ant damage done by the pet. Smoking of any substance inside the house will result in a $250 cleaning fee No fires outside. Quite hours outside the house are from 10pm to 8am. (keep all windows and doors during these times to contain sound) If this is violated by Guest(s). Any violation of the House Rules may result in paying any fines to the city, or paying a $500.00 fee at guest expense, expulsion from the property and cancellation of the short term rental agreement without refund Parties, events or pets are not allowed (Service dogs must have prior authorization, paperwork/ license required) A person over 27 must be making the reservation. If the Property has a Pool- You acknowledge there is no child protection fence around the swimming pool and you accept all responsibility for the safety of children. If the Property has a Pool- Glass is not allowed on the patio or near the pool. Reasonable care is taken to leave the house in the same condition you found it with regards to cleanliness, furniture placement and general household items and linens. Upon departure all trash and food will be removed and the house secured by locking all doors and windows and gates. Checkout is at 11:00am. To be respectful to our cleaning crew, If your group has not left the property by 11:01am, there will be an automatic $75 fine (immediate departure still required). To avoid this, if your group will require more time to depart please set up a late departure in advance. We hope you relax, sleep in a little more and enjoy the late checkout!!! Windows/door left open will incur a $1000 fine. Only small amounts of toilet paper down toilets. ABSOLUTELY **NO WIPES** TAMPONS OR ANYTHING other toilet paper. Doing so will result in a $1000 fine -Before access is granted to the property the guest must sign a STR agreement for out internal insurance purposes (this is be sent a few days before check-in).

We rented this place to house our pit crew for an Offroad Race. It was a good location, a little rural but nice and peaceful. It was very clean and simply. The host weas very nice and responsive and helped us out with any problems we had.

We stayed overnight at Dillon’s place on our way to trip to Death Valley National Park. The place was clean, quiet and had all the amenities for a family trip. The instructions were clear and we didn’t have any difficulty checking in. Conveniently located in about 15 minutes distance to restaurants and grocery. Overall we had a good time.

My group of 7 found ourselves right at home here despite being across the country. We were here to see Death Valley National Park, and despite the park being a bit over an hour to get to from here, it was well worth it because it was scenic and we drove past quite a few attractions. Check out was extremely easy and the host did not ask for much from us. If we find ourselves visiting Death Valley again we will definitely be staying here

House was great for our large group. It had enough beds and spaces for the four families. About 1 hour drive from Death Valley and it was very convenient stay for us. I recommend this place when visiting Death Valley National Park in a big group.
