We are one of the biggest vacation rentals licensed in Vegas. Great pool and outdoor area with tons of plants and palm trees and shade sails. Gigabit internet speed with Zen Wi-Fi. We are close to everything. Easy Freeway access in multiple directions. Close to EDC and downtown. 1.5 Miles from the strip. The master bedroom is dope and very big, hard to hear from the rest of the house. You can shut the house into south wing and north wing in case part of your crew is trying to go to bed early. We 1 one of the 3 biggest licensed Airbnb's in Vegas.

95% of Airbnb’s are not licensed. Unlicensed vacation rentals are getting shut down by the cops all the time. Laws just changed in Clark County increasing the fines so you may be kicked out before your stay starts and have to pay high last minute rates to accommodate your group. Unlike other AirBnBs we do NOT live in this home so you won’t have to worry about creepy owners looking over your shoulders, we treat this like we own and operate a 5 star hotel.

We use hospital/hotel grade cleaning staff after every visitor checks out. We aren’t just coming around with a moist toilette and wiping the dust off. Our professional staff removes all allergens and uses only natural non abrasive cleaning products. All of our linens are professional cleaned also.

We have round the clock customer service to ensure you don’t get locked out, or that if you have a problem everything gets handled and solved quickly with our world class customer service.
